Third generation restaurateur and Spring Hill resident, Cesar Ruiz, grew up in the family business starting at a young age.  He learned quickly how to deliver a quality product at an affordable price and provide excellent service to his customers.  He went on to successfully operate his own restaurants in Nashville, of which the family has over 30 throughout California and Arizona.

Cesar and his wife, Angie saw a need for a local spot where large groups of family and friends could gather to enjoy good food and cold drinks in a fun and relaxing atmosphere.  That longing, combined with the desire to bring the flavor of burgers from the west coast to this area, began the search.  They were looking for the perfect spot and found it, and so The Spot Burgers and Beers was born!  

At The Spot, everyone is welcome to come in for a quick burger, grab a meal to go, plan a special family, party, or team event or just spend a summer evening drinking a craft beer and listening to live music.  Also worth noting, Cesar and Angie love their furry family members, so they made a point to welcome man’s best friend to join the family on the weekend in the outside dining area. There are special Dog Events that cater to the dogs, too.

The Spot in Spring Hill is focused on giving back to the community which allows the Owners a way to provide great food and give back to a community that they love so much.
